It sounded like the lower courts sided with Mueller and required the “Foreign company” to testify before a grand jury. Justice Roberts stopped that and will decide tomorrow if they should. At this point it does not sound like it helps Mueller.
(Maybe he is irate about the lies told to his FISA Judge appointments and has decided to indirectly intervene in the SC investigation flotsom that has washed up on his desk?)
Good news for Pompeo supporters? If this means Pence is off the ticket in 2020, then Pompeo can move in, improving his chances for the presidency in 2024.
