I’ll be pleased when I see some drug mule or coyote impaled on one of those spikes!

A portable generator and an angle grinder would breech it rather quickly, I should think.

Electrify it to make it more of a job to penetrate it.

Don’t care if it is steel slats, concrete, a mix of both or with landmines, just make it now, tall and effective!

I liked the look of some of the previously proposed designs, but I’m not in border patrol, nor am I structural engineer, nor, nor, nor.

I don’t particularly like the slats idea, and can see some downsides, but I’m hopeful someone actually put some thought into it.

That design is what the border guards wanted.

I would like something that rivals the Great Wall of China...something that could be seen by the International Space Station.

I like it very much. But as I said on another thread:
I like it. Points seem sharp enough. Still don’t think it’s tall enough though; would like to see another ten feet added to each slat/spike, and make the slats vibrate, independently of one another, very forcefully up and down, say up and down by another four feet, at, oh, 500Hz. And make Mexico pay, of course!

First impressions: It doesn’t appear to be very easy to scale. Slick, danger at the top, not very welcoming to ladders.

You can’t as easily hide your presence behind it, for one.

Well whatever is put there it has to be patrolled! Heavily patrolled! That’s probably more important then the actual physical barrier. If its not patrolled it ends up as effective as Hadrian’s Wall or the Great Wall.

Anything is better than what we got now...which is practically nothing.
Personally, I’m more of a fan the way the Israelis build walls myself.

That was PDJT trolling the media and dems and rinos.

I think someone could toss a loop of rope up there and climb up...They need a slat right at the top going horizontal so that can’t happen. (Nothing to hook on to)
