The FBI interview of General Flynn conducted by Peter Strzok, revealed in redacted form this evening, was based on a transcript obtained from illegal surveillance, via unlawful FISA warrants, as well as illegal unmasking of General Flynn. In addition, as Rex explains, the FBI abused General Flynn's constitutional rights, in the way they lured the General into a meeting, under false pretenses. If that's how Judge Sullivan views what's happened, he will stand up tomorrow and put an end to these police state tactics, for the good of The Republic.
This evening, the original F302 of the 24 January 2017 interview between General Flynn and FBI agents Strzok & Pientka was publicly released, in redacted form, under an order by Judge Emmet Sullivan.
It is interesting to note that these documents were originally filed by Mueller's SC under seal. Mueller did not want them made public. Judge Sullivan disagreed.

...Wrong. Flynn was unmasked illegally. And the surveillance was predicated on the FBI/CIA subterfuge operation with the falsely created dossier....
this is the question i would like a detailed and verified report on..it is material to the matter..
Fantastic article, and thank you for your diligent posting of articles on FR.
“Foreign diplomats — EVEN THOSE FROM ALLIES OF THE U.S. — are routinely wiretapped by U.S. intelligence agencies.”
This was not “routine”. It was a targeted operation designed to interfere with and weaken the incoming Trump administration. It was the CIA/FBI launching a regime change operation.....in America.
You are acting like it was just some innocent business as usual thing. It wasn’t. It was a criminal operation.
+1
Remember ... by the time the FBI interviewed Flynn on January 24th, they already knew he had been lying to VP Pence about his dealings with Kislyak. THAT would surely have raised a giant red flag for any law enforcement agency.
On top of all that, the transcript the FBI brought to the interview was from a phone call Flynn made to Kislyak from a Third World sh!t-hole. THAT may have been the dumbest thing anyone in his position could have done.
A’s Child,
Aquila has the crux of the matter. This judge controls the big picture, no matter the motivations, slight deviations and jibs and jiabs of the various players.
Is the judge that was made the fool by Muellers’ same minions in the Steven’s case and had his sanctions fizzle going to allow our justice system to be the field of political warfare and assassination that the Stortzes of this world have turned it into as their playground of self promotion?
That is the bottom line. Nothing else matters in this.
He did not lie to GOPe Pence. The Russian asked about sanctions. Flynn told him he could not discuss that and it may be a topic at some future date and moved on.
He accurately reported to dim bulb Pence that they did not discuss the Obama sanctions.
In Pence world, saying “i cannot discuss that” is a discussion. So zippy NWO Pence runs to Face the Nation and says he was lied to. And bada bing, we get McMcaster and a complete change in Trump’s foreign policy.
Anyway, why the hell am I arguing with a Canadian in Zambia who is carrying water for the FBI? Buzz off shill
I agree with that, but I’m not sure what the judge in this case can really do. This was a plea deal, not a conviction. What’s he going to do — tell Flynn he can’t plead guilty to the charges?
“It appears that Flynn is a moron who ended up working way above his pay grade.”
Flynn retired as a 3 Star, a Lt General with nearly 40 years in military intelligence and one who ran the Defense Intelligence Agency.
What could a moron like that possibly know, say, compared with you?
Ok, dude. I stand by my president on this one.
Sorry, dude — those credentials don’t mean a damn thing to me in today’s United States of America.
“Trump doesnt appear to be terrorized at all.”
Maybe we should ask him how much he’s enjoying this.
“If anything, Flynn betrayed him by working a side job as a foreign lobbyist while serving as a senior national security adviser in the Trump campaign.”
I’ll give you this much. Though I like Trump a lot, he has done one crappy job of selecting the people for his administration.
I’m hoping it was a sting!!
..ever an optimist..
I’m now wondering if there’s another story beneath the surface of John Kelly’s departure as Chief of Staff. Perhaps Trump has determined that retired generals are the worst people he can ever hire for any position of responsibility in the White House.
” Whats he going to do tell Flynn he cant plead guilty to the charges?”
Judges refuse plea deals everyday, for all kinds of reasons, and have no obligation to follow the wishes of the prosecutor nor the defense.
He can dismiss the case with prejudice if he finds Mueller was running an illegal entrapment operation with a pure political motive.
That would certainly throw this whole narrative into complete chaos!
Yeah, there you are “standing with the president”, by supporting the FBI and Mueller. You know as well as I do that Trump was in a bad position at that moment. That turd in the punchbowl Pence had him boxed in.
Trump either had to say “Pence, my veep foisted on me has engineered a palace coup has found a way to empower the Rience Prebus wing of the GOP”...OR he can say something like the quote you posted.
You know as well as I do that Pence put him in an impossible position of supporting Flynn or the Veep.
You are in Zambia, so you should know what a banana republic is.
from 9 minutes 40 seconds in: FBI John Iannarelli, retired FBI agent. there’s nothing about this interview (with Flynn) that strikes me as the typical FBI interview. first, Strzok was Dep Asst Dir of the FBI. Dep Asst Directors DON’T conduct interviews. special Agents, street agents conduct interviews....that shows me that they were dealing with this outside the norm of FBI procedure.

And yet, you are dazzled with the credentials of some FBI guys like Comey who was “simply conducting routine surveillance”. And you also say Susan Rice did nothing wrong...so you must like her credentials too.
Which is why no one should pay any attention when you judge Flynn to be a moron.
