Looks like a really good place for folks who fear global warming to go. After all, the average temperature on Mars is -85°F. No global warming there!

Interesting. The density of the Martian Atmosphere is about 1/1000th of the Earth’s atmosphere, and it’s mostly CO2. But it’s still dense enough to reflect light and present a “day-time” sky.

That’s breathtaking?

why do they always land where there’s NOTHING?
It’s like sending a lander to the middle of the Sahara desert to learn about earth.

I still remember when we, as kids, were taught about the canals and life on Mars. Newspapers speculated about who made them, and what the inhabitants looked like.
Now they would not lie about such a thing. So, were are they?

In the very FIRST winter of the Mass. Bay Colony:
50% of everyone died
Lessay instead they had NO air, zero atmospheres of pressure, and it was less than 200 degrees below zero.
Oh! Also periodic bombardments of radiation.
Would the survivors be 50%, more than 50%, or less than 50%..?
How about after FIVE years..?
Yeah, I think we should go, but.....they reallllllly have their work cut out for them, lemme tell ya...
