The good news is, the Congress doesn't have ANY prosecutorial power nor will they get anybody to "resign".

Huber works for the DOJ, as does Whitaker, the STEALTH BOMBER. DOJ can prosecute. Congress can investigate and refer to the DOJ for prosecution.

Thanks, bagster. I do try to read and keep up on QAnon, although I don’t read every post. I know who Huber is, but got confused about Congress and the DOJ and prosecutorial power.

Let’s hope the DOJ has enough good patriots in it by now to carry out the prosecutions. Wait a sec, though, I thought there was going to be military tribunals. No???

The House and Senate have the ability to not accept new members.

If any newly elected members (that includes re-elected members) are implicated before the start of the next session (Jan2?), the respective chamber can choose NOT to seat them.
