Bless your heart! This was all I was trying to say. At another school I showed a group of Black students this list and their eyes lit up and they said. These men look like my daddy and I want to be like them someday! This is all I want. I want all Americans to be included in the mosaic of accomplishment.

The link to the first guy listed on the page you linked is broken. So I Googled his name and the first thing they mentioned was that he invented the self-locking rack for billiard cues.<
