So the affidavit, and evidence collected from others across the nation documenting cheating by the Dems, could have been used to open FISA investigations on the cheaters and organizations. The affidavit is dated 3 days prior to the 2016 election re absentee balloting, so they may have begun collecting intel prior to the 2016 election and then traced the money and connections following it. With proof of that kind, they could renew the FISA ahead of the midterms and collect away. They could. :)
This is important stuff, and the sad thing is, we have a house that will be busy (unspokenwordhere) their dirty impeachment fantasies.

I didn’t think about it until just now ... I thought 11/11 was the placeholder for the “parade” here at home ... but this is international. I used to think the trip was good cover for the ops ... and was always (NOT) a coincidence that the “parade” was scheduled for a date when POTUS would be out of country and that there was nothing more to that. But I’m now thinking there was a meeting among nation’s leaders there initiating the sequence of events that have now begun unfolding! WWG1WGA :)

The instant-gratification trolls never comprehend that Trump/Q is not fighting to win a battle, but to win a war.
And within a war there are "campaigns", possibly consisting of many battles and many forms of engagement including psychological. (NOTE: I am NOT talking about political campaigns, but about efforts to achieve important strategic objectives.)
One primary campaign/strategic objective is to eliminate vote fraud, which as Q points out will cripple the RAT Party for a long time. Aside from appointing SCOTUS Justices and other federal judges, no other single campaign will do more in the long run to secure our nation of laws and WINNING THE WAR than securing Voter ID requiring proof of citizenship (and residency, and life) in order to participate in federal elections.
Q-2479 ("WHAT IF THE BELOW COULD BE PROVEN?") maps out the beginning stages of a path to Voter ID law, albeit a risky one.
I will refer to the following as the 2018 Election Gambit.
In chess, a "gambit" is a series of moves sacrificing a pawn or possibly even pieces in order to gain decisive attacking advantage.
I think we will win both contested Florida races ... but there is risk we do not. We apparently will lose the (NoName machine-backed) McSalley in AZ, possibly a CA seat or two yet to be determined; and, possibly other closely contested House seats, all due to fraud, which unfortunately will never be proven in a court of law.
BUT POTUS AND Q, and Governor Scott and EVERYONE ELSE knew BROWARD is DIRTY. Is it too much to assume that these and other known-bad-actor precincts were CAREFULLY WATCHED, leading up to significant prosecutions and hopefully national outrage?
If prosecutions and outrage ultimately lead to a voter ID law, even if it is after we retake the House in 2020, then the 2018 Election Gambit will have proven successful, even if failing to protect in advance may have cost us some seats.
