Yes, an unfortunate coincidence. There were over 22,000 country music fans in attendance at the Las Vegas shooting site, with easy access from the Los Angeles area. So it is very likely that some of the same fans would attend “Ventura County’s Largest Country Dance Hall & Live Music Venue - With over 2,500 square feet of wide open dance floor”.
Interesting probability fact: Did you know that in a group of 30 people there is a 70% probability that two of them share the same birth date?
If you meant to ask if the shooter was seeking out Las Vegas survivors or country music fans in general, well, we don’t know that...
I was just listening to them talk about that. That is too bizarre to be a coincidence. I want to hear how that came about.

More info on shooting in California. Read early this AM that this person had converted to the ROP. Don’t have it from enough sources to report for sure.
“Coincidence”??? One can wonder why country music fans seem to be targets of mass shooters. I can think of a few reasons.
Also some of the survivors of Las Vegas shooting were said to be there. Hmmm.
