I have posted links to this more than once in the past-Usually when some one gets all bent out of shape about weather modification, and how it’s stupid to believe it-just noting that they obviously have experiments going on, and we have no idea how far along they are.
Where exactly they are in capability, is without a doubt classified. There are those that claim that China is very advanced in this regard, and IIRC, they claim that some of it is initiated from space.
