Rethinking...what If this isn’t a timeline of items. What if they established “_y” all at once.

What if Broward and Dade were known to present a problem in the midterms?
Pre-stage the elections with lawyers and operatives (MIL?) In known states and counties.
At the same time, notify and activate friendlies in the State SOS(s).
At the same time, have operatives in problem county Director of Elections.
At the same time confirm the capacity of those in place to bring evidence of fraud when needed.
