I’m wondering if he can take the funding and tweek it into doing what he wants to do.
I suppose it would depend on the details of the spending bills.
The voter/immigration stuff would have to get through both the senate and president - neither of which I feel would sign off.
In which case the fraud continues apace and in a few years is too bad to get turned back.
