No I didn’t. I said there was no reason to vote for it because Georgia already has laws providing the protections. There is no reason to add it to the constitution
As of April 2018, five states have Marsy’s Law, including California, Ohio, Illinois, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Montana passed Marsy’s Law, but it was later overturned. Nevada, Oklahoma, Kentucky, and Georgia are voting on Marsy’s Law in 2018.
