Don’t get me wrong, when it comes to emergency medicine, the NHS is amazing, knowing that if you have an accident, you can rely on them to treat you, for free, is such a great thing, but for day to day medical matters, it’s not what people think it is.

Perhaps nationally funded first respnders would be a way to go. Unless that’s a thing already, I really don’t know how it works for you.
