It may be that Hillary was trying to insinuate that Swisher is racist (I don't know what race Swisher identifies with).
It should be easy to tell Booker and Holder apart. Holder doesn't look the least bit like Spartacus. But telling Booker and Maxine Waters apart might be more difficult.
