IIRC, Pence stated that the President of Honduras indicated that the caravan/invaders is being financed by Venezuela. Important to note that terrorists decades ago had started infiltrating into S. America.

One of the first things that DJT did, was to label VP for the criminal he is, and confiscate 5 of the VPs properties in Florida. So yes, there are terrorists without a doubt.

Q drop #1009 back in April 2018 and the subsequent drop is a reference to the Border.
So Team Trump has known since at least April that D’s had this plan. I am sure they have counter measures that will be effective.
