EOs are not immune to the court FDR had a few as did Clinton. But if I were Trump I would declare a stay on any lower court ruling on his EOs that he didn’t like and push it to Scotus to get on it if they feel it’s necessary.

How is it that a single court in one jurisdiction has the authority to make a ruling and then state that it applies nationwide? It appears to me that would be outside their jurisdiction.
