In Floriduh, after the convict has satisfied all his post-sentencing requirements, his civil rights are “restored” so yes, he can vote.

Under the current Florida Constitution:
“Florida has an estimated 1.5 million felons who have been permanently stripped of the right to vote, far more than any other state. To get their rights restored, they must formally apply to make an appeal before Scott and the Cabinet, which is now composed of Attorney General Pam Bondi, Agriculture Commissioner Adam Putnam and Chief Financial Officer Jimmy Patronis.”
I do not know if he committed a felony in another state, whether he can vote in Florida. The automatic restoration of voting rights is on the Dem wish list, that they are trying to get passed as a Constitutional Amendment in November.
Did he get charged with a felony before re-registering in Florida?
Did he get convicted of it?
If he did, how did he re-register?
There are several screen captures of his Democrat party affiliation that were on another thread and the posters were noting that the affiliation was changed while they were taking screenshots. Looks like a deep State alphabet company operation

No cancellations on the stamps of ANY of the parcels means 10 to 12 people hand-delivered the parcels to each location within a few days.
Add conspiracy to the charges, and look for the other perps.
