Yeah, so I'm a day late...my phone decided to turn into a paperweight yesterday, happy birthday to me.
So, on task here...please watch a few of the news conferences and do some reading. You will see that multiple agencies were called to the scene. Not all SWAT dress the same.
I am refusing to believe that there were bad actors sent in as SWAT. I'm a (rowdy) law and order girl.

Finished the comments on the parody. You REALLY need to find someone to sing it! Spaghetti sauce here.

David Bowie isn’t big on articulating his words. If you’re doing a literary song video to words, you need to have the listener easily match the words to the images. If you strain greatly in listening, you’ll lose the storytelling aspect of the experience by the time you decide what the words might have been. So, ideally, you either want a song that tells a clear, crisp story, or a song without words where you make the images tell the story.
Three minutes is ideal for one of these things, though over/under by a minute is no big deal.
Speaking of Gen’l Pershing - did you know that Black Jack was just a more polite way of saying N-word Jack? I guess I had known it but forgot until I watched a doc on him the other day.
ONLY knew of the phrase as a way of referring to a respected military figure. The n-word wasn’t part of the vocabulary of people around me.

Trumps Foreign Policy Is Coming into Focus
By Conrad Black
FTA:
Gradually, almost imperceptibly, the outline of a coherent Trump foreign policy is emerging and succeeding. The elements were to withdraw from the role as the default war-maker in the Middle East without creating a vacuum, render Russia less adversarial without facing it down into the arms of the Chinese, and revitalize the Western Alliance to a plausible notion of multilateral contributions and not just an American military guarantee for everyone, ex gratia and pro bono.
At the same time, there would be unrestricted war on terrorist organizations, a revival of nuclear non-proliferation by direct and overbearing threats to North Korea and Iran, and the reconstruction of Americas status as the worlds preeminent economy by tax reductions, deregulation, renegotiation of trade treaties, and encouragement of energy self-sufficiency.
There have been some unfortunate moments from a presentational standpoint, but it is a good plan and it is working.
They may be keeping quiet so if they win, no big deal, but if they lose they’re set to nicely pivot to Our Democracy Has Been Hacked!
Yes and no.
Depends on a number of things.
1. What is the root cause of the loner habit? Some are relatively benign and a lot are not benign.
2. How intense are the emotional dynamics related to the isolation? How many of those are mostly negative and to what degree?
3. What percentage of the waking hours, days, weeks, months are mostly to totally spent isolated?
4. What activities are engaged in when alone?
5. How much depression, if any, is associated with the isolation?
6. How creative, productive is the time alone vs sleeping, depressed, idle etc. How many hours are involved in such?
7. Some people do seem to be quite content and reasonably productive being mostly alone most of the time.
8. Most 'loners' identified as such from early in life, have a huge degree of Attachment Disorder with a LOT of unworked-through emotional, relational and psychological problems.
9. A lot of loners avoid people because of fear of rejection; fear of not being liked; fear of not fitting in; fear of low social skills; fear of not being understood.
10. We are designed to be social creatures. And, actually, we are designed to be significantly emotionally, heart to heart connected FAR more than is average for most Westerners and particularly for Western men.
11. Of course there are lots of individual exceptions to such general rules. But on the whole, the above is alarmingly true.
No doubt.
However, please keep your idea in the wings & the scalpels sharp.
Thought you might have known. Sure some didn’t however.
I understand there is some chemical or some such used in processing the phony baby carrots that is not at all healthy. But I forget what it is.

Handled differently? What does that mean? Treatment costs are what they are, insurance costs are a different category.
Smokers should pay more in insurance due to the risk, so should homosexuals, that does not mean a heterosexual can not get AIDS (think transfusion) or that non smokers can't get lung cancer.
Congratulations on being an ex-smoker! I am one too.
Thanks! November 17th is my one year anniversary.
I have never had health insurance but from what I have read, people are charged a bit less if they do not smoke or have other good health habits; correct me if I am wrong.
You're not wrong, and that's a basic fault with Obamacare. Not all risks are the same, so why should a non smoker pay the same as a smoker or a heterosexual pay the same as a Homosexual?
Of course, to be really fair (playing by same rules, not meaning same outcome), people should be asked if they are monogamous or not, homosexual or not, etc as these factor in health costs.
Only in regards to insurance costs, not treatment. And remember, people lie.
But if someone gets lung cancer due to whatever the cause, or unknown cause, the treatment costs should not be different for different people.
I agree, even if it sounded like I did'nt
but lets stick to your solution for now.

Actually the Dems have already done it to themselves.
How many abortion did Dems have? So many that they have to encourage and promote illegal aliens to invade our country, in order to shift the country leftward?
