China laughs at our problems.
This hints at sabotage. It’s either a trade giant like China, Russia or ‘other’ OR
It’s the classic case of a disgruntled employee of YouTube.
Someone recently fired who is feeling mean and petty.
Insiders KNOW how to do this w/o leaving much of a digital trail. Forbidden knowledge!

Is Trump being live streamed? I am beginning to suspect some outages are more than coincidental.
Try resetting your router. We do this at least once a week. Also run a speed test to verify your Internet connection. Check out GoToMeeting for their test, it is rather specific and, for me at least, helped identify connection issues that some speed tests missed.
