Pres Trump shares East Room stage with Sergeant Major John L Canley, USMC (Ret.), recipient of today's Medal of Honor, for conspicuous valor under fire, coming to the aid of fellow Marines, in 1968 during the Vietnam War.

During the Tet Offensive in Vietnam, Sgt Major Canley "risked his own life to save the lives of those under his command," said Pres Trump, recounting Canley's bravery meriting the Medal of Honor.

Michael Avenatti on Thursday gleefully welcomed a potential criminal probe by the Justice Department into statements that the lawyer and his client Julie Swetnick made about alleged sexual misconduct by Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

“It’s Christmas in October,” Avenatti said.

The outspoken attorney said Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, has “now opened a Pandora’s box” with his request Thursday for an investigation of Avenatti and Swetnick’s statements because it will mean the FBI also will have to probe the denials of misconduct by Kavanaugh in response to Swetnick’s claims.

You are correct, and I have the very same question. Maybe if they caused Mexico to lose business because their trucks can’t get through, they’ll do something about.
Good interview on FOX right now with DHS Secretary. Says they can return a Mexican illegal within a few hours, but now 60% of illegals are Central Americans and our law doesn’t allow that, and it can take up to 3,000 days to remove them, if they can find them.

The caravan that came in April were told if they wanted to claim asylum, come to a border checkpoint. If they do that, they are not considered illegal. That’s what at least half of them did, hanging out in Tijuana until they had time for them at the checkpoint. I don’t remember the numbers, but just a little over 100 were sent back, and all the rest were allowed to say. They know what to say and do to get in, and they know they won’t be detained for long especially if they have a kid.

Border Security can NOT stop these people!~ They can gather them up and hold them...but then they will be released.... due to our Secretary of HS measures.... Lou asked him if she was doing her job and he said NO! Lou then said ...are you saying you would fire her?....He said yes!!

Lou said ok...are you able to stop these people from coming in? I've asked you three times....are you able to stop them from coming in and if not...why are you even there!

The Border Security man said...we can not stop these people.

Even when the ones that have kids cross illegally they have to be processed according to our crazy laws. They come and immediately look for border patrol to take care of them. And now we’re overwhelmed and a judge said we can’t separate families, so they just get released.
