Get people to infiltrate the crowd and spread rumors that “I just heard that the organizers are taking us to America for our body parts to finance the march!” Or “We will be used for Medical Research!” Or that “We will be put to work on the Wall and send home when it is done!” stuff like that. It could result in some drop off of marchers. (The agents would need to be careful about this. Could be Danerous.
Better to drop leaflets! Observe whether marchers read them or they are confiscated by the coyotes! Let the real targets self identify!
