If I may ask, what is a wrist rocket?

I am allowed (by dear hubby) to have a shotgun, but handguns are off limits. It's for my own good, I know, I am not the most focused person and I think that's probably a requirement. My sister, on the other hand, has all kinds of NRA certificates and is an instructor. :-/
