What does the boycott mean for continuing to confirm judges? It sounds like the Dems have some path to stop judge confirmation.

If they don’t show up, there is not a quorum. If no quorum, then no business can be conducted. At least that’s the way it usually works.

I remember that Dems did this for some state legislature - can’t remember what state - they all just left and hid out.
