Could they make a hurricane worse through HAARP or some other means? I’m sure they could.
Could they actually control the path as the man in the original video stated as fact? Absolutely not. I follow the weather in GREAT detail. I subscribe to Weatherbell Analytics and I can actually understand it. I don’t say that lightly.
That being said what would be the motivation for this? It’s controlled by the military, oh the same military that we know did what in 2016? Does that make any sense?
The holy roller in the original video was saying “they” controlled the path of the last two hurricanes to take out conservative Republican areas to surpess the vote.
Yeah. Just those two. Again, and I’ve said it before, I am a skeptic by default.
Look, I was so skeptical, that I did not even watch the video.
However, there are certain rogue elements and militaries of our enemies that are no doubt working on stuff-so to answer your question-obviously it would not be our loyal military.
So, I’m not trying to argue the point. Just noting that they are experimenting and trying to do stuff and we don’t know what any of these super duper secret projects have been doing.
And I did think that perhaps you might have an interest in reading through the research paper - I thought it was quite interesting as to what was really being done.
Obviously, I was wrong, because you couldn’t have read it in the few minutes it took you to deride what I said.
And, ergo we have those who say: “No we can’t control or direct a hurricane, nor can we lessen the force and impact of the same.”
While in the same breath we hear: “If we reduce the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere, we will lessen the force and impact of severe weather events.”
