Hi from wine sampling. A fun job when I’m feeling well! Today 2 dry reds Z- the Seven Deady Zins (Red Zinfandel) n Freakshow Cabernet. Made little finger sandwiches. Asiago cheese bread; whipped cream cheese w/chives; pimento spread. Swiss cheese. Each sandwich cut into 6 pieces. I’d rather be asleep somewhere!

Finally found out about my niece, she has sarcoidosis. I had to look it up, it’s rare, and if treated the symptoms usually go away. I hope that’s her case, she said she has been so sick.
