Fajitas
Pork chops with peppers and polenta
Stuffed peppers, of course
Peppers and tomatoes (also from the garden, the very last of them) and sausage over rice

A couple of friends told me to listen to John Hegey, a Baptist Minister, will have to find the podcast, they said he has been correct on so many things and this weeks sermon was frightening.

What I do with peppers CB is wash them real well, dry, then cut up in cooking sized pieces and freeze them, they last a long time.
