if those records were used to justify building permit and publicly posted on the internet, as she indicated possible at hearing -then any doctor patient privilege has been waived.

Not 100% but pretty sure she said she looked at them on her therapist's computer. The questioner was trying to clarify that point as well.

you are right! But if she exposed to Washington Post or Building / Housing Dept. in Palo Alto, then she’s sunk ... she also backtracked on WP saying she didn’t remember (weeks later) whether she’d given a copy to WP or provided a summary. My guess + inference is that she’d given a copy to WP (for “proof” as WP said they reviewed) and was trying to deny / cover up.
