This is a good thing. The other voat board remains a mess. I understand the other board was started by Neon Revolt and that he also went by the moniker of the notorious admin “Ronald Swansong” on GA.
More on the Turtle at FRCAction - he said that this is the best 1-1/2 years of his entire career. He said that when he told the DEMs that they were going to have to stay through August, they pleaded, “NO!”, so he said he told them, “ok, we’ll see, that just cost you 6 district judges!” ... then, when it got to the week before Labor Day, they came crying again, and he told them, “OK, that just cost you 15 district judges!” and I think he then said, “BOOM!”
Very reassuring! It seems POTUS has surgically modified the REP DC body politic and installed some spine! :)

BREAKING: Christine Blasey Ford’s Lawyers Seek Extension of Grassley’s 10 PM Deadline
Senate Republicans made a counteroffer to Brett Kavanaugh’s accuser Christine Blasey Ford early Friday afternoon.
Ford’s lawyers had until 10 PM Friday to work out the terms for next week’s hearing, Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley said Friday evening.
The accuser responded through her lawyers shortly before the 10 PM deadline Friday evening.
Ford’s attorney’s are seeking a delay–SHOCKER!

Attorneys for Christine Blasey Ford on Friday night decried an “arbitrary” deadline set by Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) for her to respond to negotiations to testify about her sexual assault allegation against Brett Kavanaugh, seeking an additional day to reply.
“Its sole purpose is to bully Dr. Ford and deprive her of the ability to make a considered decision that has life-altering implications for her and her family,” Katz wrote in an email obtained by POLITICO.
