Yet, if you ever watch international news, they will be in some random place in India, and the person, probably not a high caste person, will be speaking pretty good English, because they all learn it.

I was recently in a Wells Fargo bank and had to wait 10 minutes for them to find an English speaking employee for me to do a transaction with.

When I voted in the primary in Pinellas County a few weeks ago there were ballots posted in English and Spanish already.

I guess I understand this in regard to long ballot issues beyond the people up for election.

But a name is a name; how hard is it to decipher the names of the men and women for whom you want to vote in Spanish or in English?
