I have no doubt that, if the attack on Dr. Ford was as bad as she says, charges would have been immediately filed with local Law Enforcement Authorities by either her or her loving parents. I ask that she bring those filings forward so that we can learn date, time, and place!

Somehow, I thought last night's rally was super-charged ... maybe because I finally listened to it though right-side website rather than youtube, which kept stuttering?
I just wanted to relay a very small thought I had on the drive home last night ... I had Levin on and got so fed up and angry and discouraged with the Kavanaugh talk that I flipped to a country station. Of all things, a new-to-me song came on that seemed so fitting ... It seems to me, there's a part of the country that listens to songs that celebrate trying to do the right thing, being delighted with one’s family, etc., and a part of the country that listens to songs about murder and drugs and violence.
Sure gives us two different views of the world.
When my boys were in high school, a teacher related the story of their principal who, during his own high school beach week, basically took a drunk girl out of imminent danger, cut his vacation short, and brought her home. I'd like to think there are many men out there who would do the same. I like to think my own boys would.

I’m glad I watched the rally. I have been soooo depressed that I almost didn’t tune in. But PDJT always is so encouraging that I’m glad I did.
And I’m at a point where I loathe libs, and loathe libs who vote even more. My quilting friend is dealing with wretched chemotherapy and is in a very fragile state and probably won’t recover. It was my turn to spend a couple hours with her yesterday. I’m conflicted, believing that standing by her is the right thing to do, but I also know that she votes Dem, is rabid, and donates tons of money to Emily’s List and similar. So when I’m there, I have two angels, Lucifer being one, sitting on my shoulders, and I pray that God will give me the right attitude.
What the people she voted for are doing now makes me sick. So I was especially bummed before the rally last night.
The left is deranged. On one hand they don’t want anyone telling women that they should dress modestly and refrain from being promiscuous, and on the other hand they attack a man who thinks men should stand up and be men and protect and care for their wives and families. I think that Judge Kavanaugh is this kind of a man, women friends have come forward to say so.
Well, if you had a Maserati you cared about, you wouldn’t leave it with the keys in the ignition, running, doors unlocked, in an alley in inner city Baltimore in the middle of the night and expect to find it still there in the morning. Sure, whoever took it broke the law and should be prosecuted if found, but if you value something, you try to avoid putting it in such a dangerous situation in the first place.
That’s how I view these silly girls, drunk and flirting like mad. Yup, it’s wrong for a guy to take advantage of that, absolutely. But, if you value yourself, you shouldn’t be seeking out that situation. To cry about it later (presuming it actually happened) — especially 35 years later — is ridiculous and says much more about the character of the accuser than the accused.
I know, terribly neanderthal of me.
