Why is QAnon a danger to the Trump Presidency? Here are six well-reasoned points, provided by the meme blogger known as Carpe Donktum ...
1. With introduction of the Secret Plan and the "Kabuki Theater" that is required to believe in the plan, Q has placed himself in a position to "interpret" Trump. This undermines the power of the President's words and allows Q to change the message.
2. The net effect of "The plan" is a calming effect on MAGA people who SHOULD BE mad as hell about the lack of support the President is getting from his AG. It also numbs many to legitimate danger that the Mueller Investigation poses, especially if November goes poorly for MAGA
3. Q at it's very core lies about who he/it is, we do not know or understand the motives for this lie. Therefore we cannot predict how the lie could evolve and where the liar at the center of it might lead his followers.
4. Q has red pilled many about certain information that was already known to many of us. That's good. What is not good however is the rampant and reckless conspiracy theories that have been spawned after people with a little bit of knowledge but not much judgement, run with it.
5. Q has brought out the very worst in some it's followers, prompting them to attack any non-believers viciously. It has fed paranoia that many people that have played a vital role in maga have been deep state plants, simply because they do not believe Q is real.
6. Q has given hope to those who do not yet deserve it. Q says, trust the plan, watch the show, it's all taken care of. There is no hope without hard work and sacrifice. We need every single person to be on the front line fighting, not sitting back waiting for a savior.
And From the LOL, it should have been obvious that it was a joke. Not Serious. Preposterous even. You don’t like Humor?
But you are both from a different time.
But at least in your case, I have to thank you for not being Curmudgeon. Best wishes for you.
It really is sad. The unrelenting personal attacks on Q skeptics are why I began calling the Qbists a quasi religious cult.
I've got to say, the bad behavior on the part of some of them has been truly surprising. I've not seen a movement like this gain a foothold at FR before. It's been pretty eye opening.
What is your position on Q Jimmy?
You are either ignorant or a shill. Ain’t no in between.
This board has been infiltrated. I have only one question. Where are the Trump only mods and directors?
“You are either ignorant or a shill. Aint no in between.”

I think that poster has been banned-——:-)
.
If so it’s a start. Thanks for the encouragement. I needed it!
Quidam was at least more negative in tone than Q, which seems to be happy, happy - joy, joy! falsehoods designed to neuter conservative outrage.
I agree with all your points.
Thanks.
Agree with your impression.
However, I do not agree that this “Q” nonsense is “fun to watch.”
It’s actually quite disturbing for those who have real-world experience, and whose faculty of reason is intact.
“So, given that the existence of Q is a black and white issue, there is coming a day when a lot of crow will be consumed on his board by a LOT of people.”
Absolutely.
Trump is a straight-forward no-nonsense personality, who has zero tolerance for bullsh*t in general and political bullsh*t in particular. He’s a man of action.
OTOH ...
“Q” is a purveyor of riddles and bizarre “connect-the-dots,” where no such connection exist in reality. He uses tactics of cold reading, combined with the Socratic method, to deceive his target audience that he somehow has “secret information” - and how privileged this audience is to receive such.
It’s a classic scam. But we individuals here on FR who are either arrogant to the point of hubris - in their self-certitude that Trump has created some multi-level, “3-D chess” style “plan” - or else the most politically naive and most removed from reality to have ever posted on FR.
I struggle to believe that the heretofore supposedly intelligent members of this board could be so reckless as to blindly follow this nonsense with any degree of seriousness- and, yet, here we are, buried beneath miles deep of Q-sh*t
I would like to believe that the “Q” followers on FR are all just pulling our leg. That this is their twisted idea of a collective joke, which they are happily playing out for their own amusement.
The President tweets most every single day telling everyone what a disgrace Sessions and the DOJ are, so why dont you believe him? It is probably the number one item he talks about, yet that is not good enough for you for some reason. Therefore it clearly appears you do not actually care about what the President tweets, unless it supports your fantasy world.
“I think I busted an O-ring.”
Actually, in this case, it would be a “Q” ring you busted.
So, according to you - at least one may think you are implying such - if any individual holds either serious reservations towards the legitimacy of “Q,” or else dismisses the entity totally as being a hoax, then by your measure they are likely partakers or enablers of child porn, child prostitution and human trafficking?
Seriously?
And you wonder why those of us who still have our faculties intact think you Q-followers have totally lost yours.
AMEN, SIR!
BOOM!
Love it when a “plan” comes together.
Of course the “Q” cult will never accept the reality that they have been played, and are still being played, for self-important fools.
Thanks for providing the link.
Funny how you did not acknowledge the FACT that you were WRONG! Your “boy,” Q, “predicted” a death AFTER it actually occurred, not before. No prescience there, but plenty of scam juice FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO BE SCAMMED.
That’s OK, Chummley ... Those “Q drop”-pings on your face might be an improvement.
Bagster
That statement from Sessions saying he’ll recuse himself from anything raised as an issue in the campaign is really astounding. Of course, it is a coward’s way of not facing a murderous criminal gang. But it also should have been a red flag to get the president to withdraw his name and/or his allies to vote him down. In a sense he did tell Trump what he would do re: Russian “collusion”, etc.—though at a very late hour in the nomination process.
