Well if all the cams are offline, and we have an EMT attack, can we discount solar flares as the cause? Conversely, if all the cams are offline, and we have a solar flare causing disturbance in the earth’s magnetic field, can we discount an EMT as the cause?
And we had a Chinese pastor who was authoritarian and smarter than everyone and took over a dwindled church and is now the only elder. Bless his heart. Chinese students my kids knew in their business department at college were known for cheating. Maybe not Christians but that is what they did because grades mattered when they went back home. The Chinese cheating culture is so rampant that schools will no longer accept SAT and LSAT and MCAT results from within China. There are people who are paid to take the tests for others, and there is no policing. Some US schools actually administer the tests themselves in China, others only accept if taken in the US.
