I don’t understand all the fuss.
Microchip said he was Q. He said the Q hoax was over. Q is still posting. So it’s easy to infer that Microchip is not Q.
(If he wanted to prove he was Q, he could have posted “I am Microchip” with Q’s ID. Easy peasy.)
