What’s a “bleb”?
Bleb?
Oh. Sort of like blemish.
In my mind I use it to mean black mark on the report card. Maybe bad, but not terrible, but makes the card not perfect. Taking home a card with all As and Bs.... and then there is the Conduct section in which the teacher says - “talks during class” or “has trouble completing work begun.” “Disturbs other students.” That kind of thing.
