I have a guy in the same building where my business is located. He is about 60, and a die-hard Trump supporter. He was complaining last week that his premiums are now $1,200 per month, his annual deductible is $8,000, and he now pays $150/month in copays for his prescriptions.

All told, he's out of pocket almost $25,000 per year ... and he's complaining about it loudly.

I happen to know he has a chronic medical condition, so I asked him how much his recurring annual medical expenses have been for the last few years.

His answer: "About $55,000."

So there's your problem in a nutshell. A strong conservative and die-hard Trump supporter is actually b!tching that he has to pay $25,000 to get $55,000 worth of medical care.

And maybe that $55,000 is worth about $250 in medical care. Who knows?

The problem is that $55,000 worth of medical care is actually more like &5,500 worth of medical care if you take out all the phoney baloney bullsh*t they stick in the bills nowadays.

The medical system we have now is a sort of Ponzi scheme in which far more is charged for services than is actually given in services.

Also, the services are often not very good or competent.
