Could be the Netfix series Occupied, where Norway is invaded by Russians over oil and nuclear power...patriots resist.

The Marines training in the photo are in Norway.

A while back the USMC established a quasi-permanent rotation of Marines to live and train in Norway. This summer, the Norwegian government asked for an increase of Marines and we obliged. I think we doubled the number there.

The Russians do NOT like having US Marines in Norway.
