The Diversity of Illegal Immigration (Nightmare!)
The Hoover Institute ^ | 08/23/2018 | Victor Davis Hanson

Posted on 08/24/2018 11:34:41 AM PDT by Kid Shelleen

I live on farm beside a rural avenue in central California, the fifth generation to reside in the same house. And after years of thefts, home break-ins, and dangerous encounters, I have concluded that it is no longer safe to live where I was born. I stay for a while longer because I am sixty-five years old and either too old to move or too worried about selling the final family parcel of what was homesteaded in the 1870s.

Rural Fresno County used to be one of the most ethnically diverse areas in the United States. --SNIP-- The Democratic Party has learned that the blue-ing of California, Colorado, Nevada, and New Mexico is a paradigm of how to flip Arizona and Texas.

Very interesting read. I've been in rural towns in the Central Valley located on unpaved roads, way, way far from the city. If you woke up from a coma and found yourself in one of these towns, the first thing you'd think is "what am I doing in Mexico?".

Even the tree huggers and PETA people should take notice. From article:

"I object most to the environmental damage in our rural areas. By that I mean the tossing of household waste or even toxic chemicals onto farmland. Staged cock- and dog-fighting is also not uncommon. I have found a few carcasses ripped to shreds, some with ropes around the dead dogs’ neck."

"...VDH..."

Are you speaking about Victor Davis Hanson, Veronica Dawn Hermes, or Vincent Douglas Hennigan?

California is already a Mexican colony.
How many states do we want to lose?

A sickening testimony, both as to betrayal & how critically late is the hour, if America is to remain in any recognizable form. As I have posted elsewhere, today:

In 2016, Trump stepped into the breach to preserve what was left of our American Heritage. Yet we did not, until 2018, really appreciate, how truly late was the hour--how truly great the personal peril to this wise, brave & good man; nor how great the potential benefit to all of us, were he to succeed; how great the disaster to our children & grandchildren, were he to fail.

Simply put, Donald Trump stands between our losing or retaining what still remains, in our potential future, of what the immortal Washington won at Yorktown.

Again, almost none of us realized how compromised we really were two years ago. This is a sobering moment as we consider the challenge immediately before us. We dare not fail to put our best foot forward.

War On An American Future

Who We Are

What Drives The Trump Haters

Trump may be our last real hope for a genuine American future.

Victor Hanson is part of the problem.

Back when the rest of us could see the hostility and hatred motivating this invasion, that clown was writing touchy feely happy talk about how we were all just gonna get along.

Now that the inevitable happened, and he realizes what the animals are like, he plans to turn tail and run.

It was guys like him who called the rest of us “racists” for opposing a hostile foreign invasion.

He’s a paradigm for California limp wristed submission. Instead of standing up and fighting for what he thought was his, he plans to throw in the towel.

I know many 5th generation Californians like that. Life was too easy for them and their families for so long. Now that it’s hard, they have no idea how to resist. In short, they are squeamish little wimps.

Like VDH, the man with no home.

The Democrats love Invading Barbarians because they can flip a state without ever casting a vote.
Illegal Aliens are counted or even guessed at (’imputed’) during the census and count for allocation of representatives and electoral votes, and for the creation of Congressional Districts. This is used to increase the electoral weight and Congressional Representation of Blue States and flip Red States.
And all this is before they even a cast a single fraudulent vote.

No, VDH as not how you stated. Back in late 1990s already he was voicing his concerns regarding illegal immigration. And he is the strongest and perhaps even only proponent of Trump presidency at National Review.

Late 1990’s?

That’s the point. We had already voted in Prop 187 in 1994, and the Mexican Supremacist organizations had already torn it apart with the help of one federal judge.

Guys like Hanson were tsk-tsking about how mean it all was.

He was way behind the curve then and even further behind it now.

Multiculturalism and assimilation are mutually exclusive ideas.

Multiculturalism is the promotion of different cultures (value systems) within a country, with no culture being dominant.

Assimilation is just the opposite. It assumes a dominant culture and all people would forego whatever original culture they had and pledge allegiance to the dominant culture.

If you want assimilation you have to eradicate the multicults. If you want multiculturalism, forget assimilation. It’s that simple.

I don’t recall VDH being “limo wristed” on illegals.

Do you have links for those instances?

Thanks.

Lol. About what I expected.

No links to back up your accusations about VDH.

Well, here you go. Here’s a little more than a link.

It’s an article referring VDHs 2003 - yes, that’s 15 years ago, book titled Mexifornia.

How Victor Davis Hanson Foresaw the Immigration Crisis

Jonathan Coe

Victor Davis Hanson’s grave concerns about immigration policy in the United States, as expressed in his book Mexifornia, have proven to be prescient, and its prescriptions are as salutary now as the day the book was published…

mexiforniaClassicist and military historian Victor Davis Hanson’s extended essay and memoir, Mexifornia: A State of Becoming, has aged well since its publication in 2003, when it was met with significant criticism from both the Left and the economic-libertarian Right, who, according to Mr. Hanson, accused him of being a racist, nativist, and isolationist. Its grave concerns, related to immigration policy in the United States, have proven to be prescient, and its prescriptions are as salutary now as the day the book was published.

Fifteen years ago, the book emerged as a cautionary tale in which the reader was warned that, if current immigration policy does not change in the U.S., what will emerge is something that looks like many towns in central California: half Mexico, half America, and hurtling toward significant cultural and economic decline....
