Liar. Indiana is not racist and was a Union state in which thousands died to end slavery.

If anything, I was more aware of it as a kid growing up in Indiana, because there were always Klan rallies, like, every summer, Every summer? You don't say. You should have called the MSM. These are the stories they love to cover.

"...KKK rallies..."
There are likely less than one hundred KKK members in the entire country.
We are asked to believe this B-tier actor has seen many rallies? Liar.

The father of a friend of mine lived and Indiana and was racist. He was like every other racist I’ve known — a Democrat and labor union member. But, he died several years ago.

The indianapolis Red Star is having a field day with this claiming somebody went and googled news articles showing that there were klan rallies every weekend and how it’s all TROOOO!!!
Yeah - I’ve lived here most of my life - it’s BS and this is nothing more than propaganda to promote his movie. Yes there were some Klan rallies in the 80s, on the order of about once a year during the David Duke era. There was no flag burning, there was no lynching, there were no incidents.
I can also point to far, FAR more incidents of racism by the minorities of Indianapolis that were buried or never reported and I’ve never, EVER, met a klansman here. Met some Free Masons tho...

Klan rallies... In Indiana... In 1998...
Sorry, I don’t buy it. There might have been the odd Kluxxer out it the boondocks, but I don’t buy that there was any kind of organized Klan activity in Indiana in 1998.
Now, Illinois... That is another matter.
I hate Illinois Nazis!

Adam Driver was born in 1983 - more than a decade - almost two - after the Klan lost all political power. The danger of the Klan wasn't ‘the hate’ but ‘hate with Establishment power behind it.
It's like if a child hits you with their fist moving at 5 miles an hour it doesn't ‘hurt’... but a 3,000 pound car hitting you at 5 mph can do a lot of damage.
When the KKK was backed by folks like Democrat Robert Byrd and Democrat Lyndon Johnson it was an evil force and hard to reckoned with... By 1983 when it's 5 losers from Joe's Snack Shack - - it's a joke.

Complete Bullshit! I am 60 and grew up in Birmingham Al and never saw a KKK rally, meeting or even knew a KKK member. I m sure there were some KKK members still around but they were not vocal or out in the open.

Yeah, right.
His neighbors probably owned white sheets and hung them out to dry on their clothes lines.
