The indianapolis Red Star is having a field day with this claiming somebody went and googled news articles showing that there were klan rallies every weekend and how it’s all TROOOO!!!
Yeah - I’ve lived here most of my life - it’s BS and this is nothing more than propaganda to promote his movie. Yes there were some Klan rallies in the 80s, on the order of about once a year during the David Duke era. There was no flag burning, there was no lynching, there were no incidents.
I can also point to far, FAR more incidents of racism by the minorities of Indianapolis that were buried or never reported and I’ve never, EVER, met a klansman here. Met some Free Masons tho...
It dawns on me this might have been orchestrated as a backdoor attack on Pence. These scum think Trump is about to get impeached, so have to be ready to go after Pence.
