- GCHQ: (#915 Anon’s Quote) Q comments: “Interesting, isn’t it?” The Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) is an intelligence and security organization responsible for providing signals intelligence (SIGINT) and information assurance to the government and armed forces of the United Kingdom.[3] Based in "The Doughnut" in the suburbs of Cheltenham, GCHQ is the responsibility of the country's Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, but it is not a part of the Foreign Office and its director ranks as a Permanent Secretary. - GEC: (INFO) The Global Engagement Center is charged with leading the U.S. government’s efforts to counter propaganda and disinformation from international terrorist organizations and foreign countries. The Secretary of State established the Global Engagement Center (GEC) in April 2016 pursuant to President Barack Obama’s Executive Order #13721. The GEC was subsequently codified into law by 114th Congress (2015-2016) in the Fiscal Year (FY) 2017 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), which defined its mission as being to “lead, synchronize, and coordinate efforts of the Federal Government to recognize, understand, expose, and counter foreign state and non-state propaganda and disinformation efforts aimed at undermining United States national security interests.” The legislation originated as bipartisan bills introduced into both the House and the senate entitled Information Warfare Act, that was renamed and incorporated into the final bill. The GEC and its partners have established programming across multiple platforms, including social media, satellite television, radio, film, and print. This programming is conducted in various languages, including Arabic, Urdu, Somali, and French. The Washington Post and the International Business Times reported that after the 2016 U.S. presidential election, worries grew that propaganda spread and organized by the Russian government swayed the outcome of the election, and representatives in the U.S. Congress took action to safeguard the National security of the United States by advancing legislation to monitor incoming propaganda from external threats. - The simplest explanation, and the Earl of Occam’s favorite, is that “GERONIMO!” Is what parachute troops shouted as they left a perfectly good airplane to trust the vagaries of a silk parachute and the winds as they floated down into battle, often behind enemy lines.
- Gina Haspel: (#1391, #1636, #1727, #1764) Gina Cheri Haspel (née Walker; born October 1, 1956) is an American intelligence officer currently serving as the Acting Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) since April 26, 2018, while still holding the official title of Deputy Director. She became Acting Director following Mike Pompeo's resignation to become United States Secretary of State and has been nominated by President Donald Trump to become the official CIA Director. If confirmed by the Senate, she will be the first female CIA Director; she is the second female Deputy Director of CIA. Haspel joined the CIA in January 1985 as a reports officer. Q had announced a sortie involving Green1 and three other helicopters agains (++) FIVE DAYS before (see Q drops #141, #148, #149, #155, #175) the November 17th NEWS reported day of the accident, but Q also reported the FAILURE of the sortie TWO DAYS before the news and also reported the loss of Green. A green version of the castle could indicate a GO command. Both the red_castle and green_castle commands were given one right after the other in context of the Omnibus spending bill passing which included over $700 Billion in funding for the military budget. May indicate Trump’s plan to use military assets to build the border wall citing national defense justification.

- Gun image imbedded in Q Drop: (#1440) After a self imposed sabbatical of no drops for twelve days, Q returned to post a carefully formatted Drop, #1440, which by use of the time stamp confirmed the Clock map, but also conveyed a graphical image message. The minutes of the time stamp points to the Clock Map’s charted date of 06/03/2018, the exact date of the drop. The strangely all upper case letters of the drop, when inverted and viewed mirrored ("up is down, left is right" — Drop #833) becomes the image of a pistol, a semi-automatic handgun, pointing at the left, with "DARK TO LIGHT" being the ammunition loaded in the chamber, ready to fire.

- AL-Q: (#1887) Al-Qaeda, literally “The Base,” an international Arab terrorist organization that was determined to have planned and executed the 9/11 attacks of 2001 on the New York World Trade Center buildings, the attack on the US Military Headquarters Pentagon Building near Washington, D.C., and the hijacking of Flight 93 to hit another building speculated to be an attack on either the US Capitol Building or the White House which ended when the passengers fought back and the plane crashed with the loss of all on board. Funded and planned in part by billionaire Usama bin Laden, that plot killed 2,997 persons, the greatest loss of life of any single terrorist act in history. (See UBL).
- CP: (#1910) Carter Page, a minor functionary and advisor in foreign affairs with some expertise in Russian oil trading for the Trump Presidential Campaign. Page lived for three years in Moscow. And makes a living in the petroleum industry. Page is the founder and managing partner of Global Energy Capital, a one-man investment fund and consulting firm specializing in the Russian and Central Asian oil and gas business. He graduated in the top 10% of his class from the US Naval Academy and spent five years as an officer in the US Navy. He earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from New York University. received a Masters Degree in National Security Studies at Georgetown University, and his PhD at the London University’s School of Oriental and African Studies. in 2013 Page had been approached by Russian agents and duly reported the contacts to the FBI and worked with them to capture the foreign agents. Never-the-less, it was Carter Page who was the target of the FBI in seeking the approval of a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act Court for surveillance of a “United States Person” as a suspected agent of a foreign government on unverified evidence so they could use his connections, telephonically, emails, and texts, to persons only peripherally connected to him in the Trump campaign. In September 2016, U.S. intelligence officials investigated alleged contacts between Page and Russian officials subject to U.S. sanctions, including Igor Sechin, the president of state-run Russian oil conglomerate Rosneft. After news reports began to appear describing Page's links to Russia and Putin's government, Page stepped down from his role in the Trump campaign. Page's name appeared repeatedly in the "Trump–Russia / Steele dossier" containing allegations of close interactions between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin. As of January 2017, Page was under investigation by the FBI, the CIA, the CIA, the DNI, and the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, yet Page was not accused of any wrongdoing. Page has not been accused or questioned about any involvement with the Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election. The investigation which seems to have started being about Page has left him far behind. The "GPS" initialism is derived from “Global research, Political analysis, Strategic insight". The company was co-founded in 2011 by Glenn R. Simpson, a former investigative reporter and journalist for Roll Call and The Wall Street Journal; Peter Fritsch, former Wall Street Journal senior editor; and former Wall Street Journal journalist Thomas Catan. The Washington Free Beacon, a conservative political news website, contracted with FusionGPS to research backgrounds on all the Republican presidential candidates, including Donald Trump. Once Donald Trump became the nominee, the Beacon dropped funding. However, the company found another customer, Perkins Coie, a law firm the engaged them on behalf of Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the DNC to do deep background on candidate Trump with relation to his business dealings with Russia. Simpson has testified the contracted with a retired British MI-6 agent Christopher Steele to compile what was to become known as the Steele Trump/Russia Dossier. He also testified the company hired two Russia experts as employees: Mrs. Nellie Ohr and Edward Baumgartner. Mrs. Ohr came with a bonus, she had previous experience in the CIA, and her husband Bruce Ohr, was the number four official in the DOJ. It became evident that FusionGPS became more than just an opposition research arm of the Hillary Clinton campaign, but acted as an actual advocate, helping to disseminate their created Dossier to politicians such as Senator John McCain a known Trump opponent, intelligence agencies such as British Intelligence through Steele’s contacts, and directly in interview with the media. - Ham Radio, Ham comms: (#1435, #1876, #1891) Amateur “Ham” Radio describes the use of radio frequency spectrum for purposes of non-commercial exchange of messages, wireless experimentation, self-training, private recreation, radiosport, contesting, and emergency communication. Historically, Ham Radio was used first for transmitting morse coded messages and then voice transmissions, today the bands reserved for civilian use can also be used to transmit pictures, low resolution TV, and even for Internet use. - Haqqani: (#1887) Maulvi Jalaluddin and his son Sirajuddin Haqqani are Afghani Arabs who lead an Afghan guerrilla insurgent group using asymmetric warfare to fight against US-led NATO forces and the government of Afghanistan called the Haqqani Network. It is an offshoot of the Taliban and are currently based in Pakistan. In the 1980s, the Haqqani network was one of the most favored CIA-funded anti-Soviet guerrilla groups by the Reagan administration which were instrumental in driving the Soviets out of Afghanistan. - Hekmatyar: (#1887) Gulbuddin Hekmatyar is a 71 year old Afghan Arab politician and former warlord. He is the founder and current leader of the Hezbi Islami political party, ideologically influenced by the Muslim Brotherhood and more specifically Sayyid Qutb. He twice served as Prime Minister of Afghanistan during the 1990s. The New York Times once described him as "perhaps the most brutal of a generally brutal group".
