I took a look at Ketron Island where the Q400 crashed. It looked to me like a busted out subdivision and it turned out I was right. It busted out 70 years ago and has gone downhill since. 2010 census shows 17 people live there. Just another rabbit hole that went nowhere. Just busted dreams for the developer.
