Excellent point. I think the whole 302 racket needs an overhaul.
I listened to Strzok talk about them in his testimony. According to what he said, the agents take notes, then write up the 302 based on their notes and their memory of what occurred.
Ha! This from the guy who said “I do not recall” about 100 times during his testimony.
It seems to me that the agents can write ANYTHING AT ALL in those 302s. Since there is n recording, it’s their word against everyone else’s. What a scam!
does the subject of the interrogation get to review the notes and make changes? methinks not..those notes are suspect. anybody who talks to FBI without their own recorder deserves what they get now that this is out in the open..
Total scam. When I first read about the 302s and no recordings done, I could not freaking believe my eyes.

Yeah, but the FBI better be able to have a note on real evidence the interviewee has or there goes the case. IOW better cover discoverable bases.
