Never let a crisis go to waste, huh? It was less than one month ago when New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced that he intended to file a multi-agency suit against the Trump administration for violating the Constitutional rights of immigrant children and their families who have been separated at the border.
We have no idea if that ever panned out, but now that weve moved on to Justice Anthony Kennedys retirement and Chicken Little squawking about SCOTUS reversing Roe v. Wade (and maybe banning contraception too), it looks like Cuomos readying another lawsuit against
the Supreme Court? Were honestly not sure.

Regardless of what SCOTUS does with Roe v. Wade, New York could still have free abortions on demand.
I am waiting for an Obama appointed district judge in California or Hawaii to enter an injunction prohibiting President Trump from filling Kennedy’s seat.
Maybe he can sue Mr. XX?
Nobody can be dumber then Fredo Cuomo
Relax Andrew....Nobody is going to take away your abortions. We just want common sense abortion control.
Just require a mandatory 9 month waiting period on all abortions, problem solved
I happen to know that NYC was preforming abortions before Roe. They had phalanxes of psychologist who would sign off that women couldnt handle childbirth and parenthood. Then bingo they got an abortion to protect the health of the mother. I personally know of one case
We just want common sense abortion control.
WRONG!
Ahhh, you need to think this differently, you know, how the left treats guns. Keep abortion %100 legal, but require a mandatory 9 month waiting period. Problem solved.
See, nobody made abortions illegal... Nobody
Cuomo, please explain the SCOTUS Roe v Wade Decision.
We’ll wait.
While you’re at it, please explain what an “Assault Rifle” is.
A jackass has a cow.
Am I confused?
It’s not like the SC is gonna say”let’s ban abortions”
Wouldn’t a lawsuit have to be filed, go through a multitude of lower courts and then one of the SC agree to see it?
Would a grade school education be a requirement for Gov. of New York?
Maybe a graduate certificate in sandbox should do it.
I like Jonah Goldbergs comment about this. Its like being a taste tester in a paint factory. The man is nuts.
