Only Donald Trump could make both sides exhaust themselves in trying to figure out and destroy (vett) the eventual nominee! 😀 Chances are hes doing another head fake or two and his nominee is none of the people being mentioned over and over by the MSM!

Trump took great delight in keeping Gorsuch a secret until the reveal.
I'm waiting on the presser to find out who it is.

Just as I expected. No surprise here.

Let me get this right...
Hardiman would rule on cases without consideration of the constitution.
That's what you're saying, and you stick by that?

#6:
"Bad choice".
Indeed it is. Of all the candidates, Hardiman has the worst record on immigration. He fancies himself as something of an "honorary amigo", having worked pro bono for border jumpers.
And Hardiman was a friend and huge favorite of Arlen "Scottish Law" Specter. He is very weak on immigration and referred to illegal aliens as persons "Hispanic persons who haven't been inspected yet".
It was Hardiman who said he worked with Spanish-speaking clients pro bono. At his 2003 confirmation hearing to Pennsylvania federal court, Sen. Arlen Specter (R-PA) introduced him as having done political asylum, domestic violence, and employment cases for indigent Spanish-speaking immigrants. During testimony, Hardiman discussed winning political asylum for an El Salvadorian client, and representing a Colombian woman threatened by cocaine cartels. — Law & Crime

The first goal is to get a Justice who will rule in accordance with the Constitition. Hardiman would not. What evidence do you have for that claim?

WSJ travels the left side of the MSM road. Info is either a Canary Trap or head fake.
Or a troll leak. Watch out for splody-heads; does Camera Hogg have a tight fitting hat?

Kavanaugh and Hardiman were my top two choices, largely due to their past history on 2A cases. I had moved Kavanaugh a bit higher this time around, but Hardiman was my top pick for the last opening, so I’m satisfied if this is true.

I wouldn’t be too quick to jump to conclude that experience in this area is a bad thing. When you’ve seen genuine cases, the not-genuine ones are quite identifiable.
