Yes, that was the famous Easter Egg roll video. At the WH Easter Egg roll, Trump and Melania stood on the balcony beside someone in a white rabbit costume and Trump said thanks to the people who kept the WH in “tip top condition. Or as we sometimes like to call it ‘tippy top’ condition”.

I remember the “tippy top” story. Some anon had asked Q to have Trump use the phrase “tippy top”. Sure enough, during the WH Egg Roll, he said something about how he and Melania are working to keep the WH is good shape, in “tippy top” shape.
