Kentucky Woman
You shine as you shoot the giraffe

The Left goes totally bonkers and I
Just have to laugh

Oh how I love this
God knows I love this

Kentucky Woman
They’ve never met you
But they’re out to get you
Kentucky Woman

Don’t need much
A big old gun
A banged-up Jeep
A woman’s touch
And that big beast is lying

On the ground
Word gets round
Outrage abounds

Kentucky Woman
They want to smash you
Hashtag harass you
Kentucky Woman

They don’t know much
Some tweets from their Hollywood peeps
And you’re in dutch
They’ll hold a presser then it’s

Nuts all around
Outrage abounds
Hope you won’t be found

Kentucky Woman
Look down below you
They’re out to show you
Kentucky Woman

Kentucky Woman

Kentucky Woman

The Hollywood idiots and media already did this with the Cecil the Lion story a few years ago.

This is the same damn template. Generate all this outrage about hunting, and trot out Jimmy Kimmel to cry about this outrage of a dead animal.

I stand corrected if this was an illegal poaching story. But assuming it was a legal hunting expedition, all they are doing is recycling the Cecil the Lion story.

If you post your actions on social media, you can expect a backlash.

Me either but if she obeyed the laws and purchased the permits for the fees required more power to her.

I’m indifferent to this, for the most part. Is it legal? That’s all I really care about. Be and let be. Freedom....

THAT said, hunting giraffes? I like to hunt. But giraffes? I wouldn’t enjoy that. I imagine it includes getting into a vehicle, driving around finding giraffes, picking one to kill, setting up and shooting it. Hunting should be harder in my mind. The joy I get from hunting includes outwitting mother nature and the wildlife. To actually enjoy the success of a kill, it should be some work, effort and skill. The prize is, I get to fill the freezer and feed my family as well.

I have turned down some hunting offers that included jeeps, guides and services to process the game (deer) because it seemed to much like an organized kill than actually hunting.

Again, to each their own. I am not the type that call for bans and laws and shame and boycott because I don’t have the same opinion as someone else. If it was legal and helps whatever economy (I’m sure it costs a great deal of money) she is in, then good for her.

I wonder if Tessie even had a clue beforehand of the backlash she would encounter as these pics went viral.

I understand the ecological reasons she did it (cull the herd) and all that.

But I just wonder if she knew. And if not, why not?

I wouldn’t have.

Me either. Killing for sport is not something I can approve. Hunting for food is fine, but not this.

I know it's legal, but just because you CAN do something doesn't mean you should.

And if you post the pictures on FB don't cry to me when the crap hits the fan.

Yes, killing for sport has bever appealed to me. I can understand doing it legally for food or fur, but the sport thing just seems cold.

Anyhow, not sure what this lady expected after posting that.

Understand that that giraffe was old, eighteen and at the end of its life anyway; plus it was having difficulties.
