Sure, just ask people to take some. Break them down into groups and assign them to whoever is willing.
From what i've seen, most are very short, just a single line, sometimes just a subject line. I went through a hundred in around 10 minutes.
Download the zip. It consists of many PDFs. Select 10 or 20 PDFs at a time, and launch them into Acrobat Reader (or Preview on the Mac). Read and delete tabs or windows one after another.
