I think one visualization that might work would be a bunch of circles that overlap in some parts. If you do it as a line graph, it would have to be all 4 quadrants being used, and ours (constitutional republic of limited government and defined freedoms with free market economic system) would be in a totally different quadrant than communism and fascism.

If I understood his point, it seems possible there really WAS some injustice in his case, with a biased judge and jury. The thing he points to is that usually the DS is able to keep their potential patsies hidden, but in this case there was an error.
The error was because of the court case. HE WAS ASSIGNED A THERAPIST! It is postulated that that therapist was not necessarily on the list of usual brain tinkerers for the DS. If that is the case, find the error, and find the way in to exposing the skullduggery.
