The nub of the disgreement Hostage and I are involved in is whether or not taking an oath of allegiance to the US is necessary, in order to charge a US citizen with treason.
I say taking an oath of allegiance to the US is not required, but the example of Cramer does not support my point of view, because Cramer, being naturalized, took an oath of allegiance to the US.
p.s. from the other post . . . *I* am the guy who cancelled Netflux.

:-D
I’m glad you reminded me of that.
BTW, I’ve been calling them “Nutflex”
Have you gone onto the link?
Holy buckets. This guy pretty much declared war on the defendants here.
No way people didn’t see this coming. He was a missile.
Thank you - got most of that by reading but didn’t know where Cramer popped out of.
I of course have absolutely no legal knowledge but it is fascinating to read the exchange, and to my untutored mind, your argments make sense.
This is a good weekend for woods. I’m stayin’ in mine.
I owned that book once.
Chilling. Evil too.
Those words reminded me of something so I looked the words up - found this instead from the Fresno Insect -

A hit piece on Nunes alleging he knew about underage sex trafficking and said nothing. In the article they even admit it looks like 'yellow journalism'. McClatchy brand of DS media, projection much trying to inoculate the norms?
Thanks for the link to the resignations, tang-soo!
Pinging Swordy, in the event you were not aware of this resource.
I don’t mind the term False Flag for these because they are attacks that are staged to look like they are coming from an individual or group other than the Deep State which are the ones who are perpetrating the atrocity. Atrocity is a good word. It’s the word that we used to use when the Nazios would gun down a bunch of innocent people, or the japs.
FYI, Jack. Check out this Q post from last night. Your "right wing" article is mentioned.

We are waiting for a reporter to ask the ultimate question.
What are they waiting for?
They can end this at any time simply by asking POTUS, right?
We may have to force this one.
Q
Whaddya think about that?
Bagster
We do have similar cognitive patterns.
The difference, as I see it, is that you quickly engage both trolls and learners. I just sit bacvk and let you (and others) do it.
Maybe at a later time, I’ll engage but then, having said my “peace”, I go back to cogitating Q.
“why do we have to do Ginas job, she cant google?”
This is a public recognitions that these attacks are coming from deep in the C_A. Clowns to the left of me jokers to the right.
I have always thought those adoptions were suspect. But originally, I thought the kids were merely props in order to get publicity. Now I wonder if there was more to it.

After the edumacation I’ve been getting here on the Q threads, my first wondering question about these children had to do with the possibility of “Moon Children”... God forbid. I’m sure I’m not alone in that here.
Holy crap Fatima. Will you keep us updated?
Ha! I saw that poem on a bathroom stall in 3rd grade, and remember it to this day. I see our level of humor has not matured.
I only leave my woods on very rare occasions.
BoB is grocery industry jargon for ‘Bottom of Basket’. For example, every checker is supposed to ‘check the BoB’ for cokes or dog food so it doesn’t leave unpaid.
I was looking for support for my point of view (that taking an oath or affirming of allegiance is not necessary to establish a finding of owing allegiance), and made the mistake of excluding only military (or government actor) defendant cases. I didn't pause to consider that naturalized citizens take an oath of allegiance.
IMHO anyone who thought there was utility in the Amerika article is... missing something in the upper storey.
That’s one of those things that has been puzzling me. We get some inkling that Trump is “getting rid” of someone on staff. Trump emphatically denies it and then some time later, he does it.
This leaves me in a quandary. Does Trump do this as a Song Bird decoy or does the focus of the media cause Trump to “get rid” of someone so that he can get on to better things??
Scaramucci comes to mind. I think Moochie simply kept egging the media on and Trump said, “enough, there’s too much media chatter about it, we’ve got a country to administer.”
