I asked my 5 year old if she wanted to come to a protest with me this weekend. Once I had explained what we were protesting, she looked at me with tears in her eyes and said “what if they take me away, too?”
I don’t know how to have these conversations with my kids
So now kids believe they are going to be taken away or shot at school? Their reality is so skewed.
I asked my 4 year old about quantum physics and the only thing he did was dribble more snot out of his nose.
A 5-year old doesn’t know what a protest is. At that age, they’re barely past flinging their own poo and eating paste. Apparently, the same maturity level as the mother.
Take your kid and go close down the border.

What a coincidence. Just the other day I asked my 5 year old if she wanted to protest. She grabbed her MAGA hat and said “Hell, yes! Mr. Trump is defending the Rule of Law, and I want to support him. ”
Something makes me think my 5 year old and the author’s 5 year old will be on opposite sides of this protest.
Adults should listen to 5 year olds about the border and 17 year olds about the 2nd amendment because adults are idiots. Don’t trust me ask the next democrat you see or turn on cnn/nbc/msnbc/etc etc.
ADULTS are supposed to shield their children from adult matters not make them participants.
